VANCOUVER, WA— Vancouver Victory FC are counting down to the announcement of their new head coach which will happen live on the club’s Facebook page on Tuesday January 16 at 12:30 PM. In the meantime the club has revealed that Harmony Sports Complex will once again be their home venue for Evergreen Premier League matches. The Victory played at Harmony back in 2016, the year the club won the EPLWA Championship.

The club recently posted: “Harmony Sports Complex is the new home field for Victory games. We’re looking into playing one of our 5 home matches at Clark College — Vancouver, Washington during the 2018 season. Schedule will be released in February.”

Sean Janson and son back in 2016 at a Victory match at Harmony. The club returns to the venue in 2018.

Further, the Victory would like to note the improvements taking place at Harmony.

“The Washington Timbers added a 3rd field in June of 2017,” says Victory General Manager Sean Janson. “This field, closest to the parking lot, is gated off from the other two fields. We consider this third field our “Stadium” field and the other two as training fields.”

Janson says the new field is a better fit than the previous Harmony pitch V2FC used. “The stadium field has an 8-foot wide asphalt strip running north/south along the east side of field, providing ample room for fans. We will have significantly more bleacher seating available for the 2018 season.”
