After careful thought and consideration, Evergreen Premier League member clubs voted unanimously on Wednesday night to cancel the 2020 season due to complications and obstacles presented by COVID-19. We are bitterly disappointed in this turn of events but the health and safety of our communities is at the utmost importance and the challenges that we face in fighting the spread of this virus makes playing our season untenable.
All 11 clubs of the EPLWA would like to say thank you to the medical professionals and other workers around the State of Washington – including many of our players, staff, supporters, and referees – that are providing essential services for our communities. We look forward to returning and providing you with Washington State’s elite amateur men’s soccer in 2021 and beyond.
